This ‘Chilly’ Habit Destroys Alzheimer’s

It’s that confusing time of year again.

You know, the one where you can’t put away your winter clothes… but you can’t wear them all day either.

That’s because the mornings are still chilly… and afternoons are warming up.

While you may smile at the thought of the warmer days ahead, there’s a good reason to take advantage of these last few cold mornings: your brain.

New research shows that low temperatures can help DESTROY the root cause of Alzheimer’s…

And all you have to do is make a habit of chilling out.

Lots of research shows that cold exposure – in moderation, of course – is good for your health.

Previous studies have linked it to diabetes and heart disease prevention.

We know now that it can help you beat back Alzheimer’s.

In a new study, German researchers exposed worms to cold temperatures to see if it impacted their brain functions.

In the end, they found that the cold exposure helped kickstart breaking down the misfolded proteins in your brain that cause Alzheimer’s.

It’s as if cold temperatures can clear away the diseased proteins… leaving behind a HEALTHY brain!

And there is more good news…

The scientist also tested cold exposure on worms with Huntington’s disease and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and found the same incredible results – the temperature cleared away the proteins that cause the diseases!

WOW!

Imagine what these results could mean for you or someone you love.

Now, I understand if you have doubts about a worm study.

But you shouldn’t. This specific worm – C. elegans – is used in many studies and is considered the gold standard for genetic studies.

If you’re ready to beat back the root causes of Alzheimer’s – and other neurological diseases – it couldn’t be easier to get started.

One easy way to get more cold exposure is to wear one less layer on these still-chilly mornings.

And once the warm weather is here, taking a cool shower or swimming in an unheated pool or natural water source are good ways to chill out for your health.
