Stop Knee Pain with THIS Type of Food

If you’ve got creaky knees, you already know how hard it can be to get out of bed in the morning… walk to the mailbox… or even get groceries put away.

Because two studies show that eating more of a specific type of food can help you STOP knee pain once and for all.  

In fact, some research shows it can even SLASH your risk of developing knee arthritis by a whopping 61 percent! 

Fiber-rich foods – like leafy greens, whole grains, and certain seeds — have been helping humans live pain-free life for eons.  

That’s because they can fight obesity and reduce inflammation — two key drivers behind arthritis.  

And recent research shows just how powerful they really are!  

For the study, scientists analyzed the data from two separate long-term studies, looking for a connection between eating a fiber-rich diet and knee arthritis.  

At the end, they found incredible results!  

In the first study – called the Osteoarthritis Initiative (OAI) – scientists tracked the health outcomes and diets of nearly 5,000 US men and women with or at risk for knee osteoarthritis.  

The data showed that folks eating the most fiber were 30 percent less likely to develop the disease.  

But it was the second study that really amazed them! 

For the research — which was part of the Framingham Offspring cohort study — they found an even stronger link between fiber and lower knee arthritis risk.   

Participants who ate the most fiber had a 61 percent lower risk of experiencing knee pain, swelling, and stiffness caused by osteoarthritis.

How easy is that? Eating delicious foods… and beating knee pain… at the same time!
