“Flip Off” Breast Cancer Genes with THIS Green Combo

Going to battle with breast cancer is no joke,

The mainstream only offers brutal treatments – like chemo, radiation, and surgery – that can take your hair, breasts, and self-confidence with them.

This means your best bet is to avoid breast cancer altogether.

Luckily, according to research from the University of Alabama, that’s much easier to do.

You see, data shows that certain green combo can “FLIP OFF” certain breast cancer genes.

In fact, they even work against one of the toughest forms of the disease.

I don’t know about you, but there wasn’t a day in my childhood when someone didn’t tell me to eat my veggies.

You know, foods like Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and cauliflower – all the plants that will make you big and strong.

Now new research shows this is good advice for anyone who wants to beat cancer, too.

In a recent study, researchers gave mice with ER-negative breast cancer sulforaphane — compound found in cruciferous veggies like broccoli and Brussels sprouts — to see if it stopped the cancer from growing.

In addition to the sulforaphane, the researcher also gave the mice green tea compounds – called polyphenols — that have previously been shown to stop cancer.

And the results were jaw-dropping!

The data revealed that this green combo STOPPED the development of ER-negative breast cancer.

But that’s just the tip of the iceberg…

These potent compounds also helped existing tumors become more receptive to treatment, meaning they could help you fight even the toughest cancers!

Researchers report that this combo works because they help “flip off” specific genes linked to ER-negative breast cancer.

So, if you’re not already adding cruciferous vegetables to your meals, NOW is the time to start.

These include:

  • Broccoli,
  • Cauliflower,
  • Brussels sprouts,
  • Cabbage,
  • Kale,
  • Collard greens,
  • And radishes.

Top these off with an iced green tea, and you could be on the road to a cancer-free future.
