BEAT Heart Attack with This “Forbidden” Food
Ask any mainstream cardiologist which foods to avoid, and there’s no doubt that eggs will be at the top of their list.
For decades doctors have told us that this food is “forbidden” if we want to have healthy hearts.
But I’m here to tell you that’s all a load of BULL.
Because research shows that eggs can actually BOOST your heart health.
And they can even lower your risk of heart attack and stroke.
For the new study, researchers examined the heart health and egg intake of 500,000 participants, looking to see how the food impacted their risk of heart attack and stroke.
At the end, they were SHOCKED by their findings.
Folks who ate just one egg a day lowered their risk of dying from a heart attack by 18 percent…
And sank their risk of death by stroke by a whopping 28 percent!
HOLY SMOKES, FOLKS! What incredible news for anyone who cares about their heart health.
This means the food your cardiologist has blacklisted for years could be the secret to a healthy, strong heart!
But there’s more good news…
Further research shows that eggs are good for your heart because they can help increase your HDL or “good” cholesterol.
You see, the study shows that folks who regularly consume eggs have more of a certain protein – called apolipoprotein A1 – that is a key building block for HDL cholesterol.
Additionally, egg eaters have more HDL molecules in their blood, which help keep your arteries clear.
So, there you have it.
If you’re not eating an egg daily, you could miss out on some serious heart protection!
Free-range organic eggs typically contain higher levels of vitamins and are my first pick.
You can pick these up at your local farmer’s market or grocery store.
