Red Light DESTROYS Chemo PainĀ

Chemotherapy comes with a lot of side effects.

Things like hair loss… nausea… and appetite changes are on top of the list for most folks.

But for others, chemo brings them a different type of suffering: pain.

Specifically, a type of nerve pain – called neuropathy –can cause shooting pains in your hands and feet.

If you’ve ever experienced it, you already know how it makes things like walking to the bathroom and even getting out of bed feel impossible.

Fortunately, new research shows there’s a way to DESTROY it.

And it’s all thanks to some simple red lights.Ā Ā

Photobiomodulation, or PBM therapy, uses low-level infrared light to decrease pain and improve healing.

It’s become more popular in the last decade in sports medicine and is now becoming more mainstream.

And according to a new study out of Belgium, it could make all the difference for some cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy!

For the research, 60 patients with neuropathy were given PBM therapy twice weekly for three weeks after finishing a round of chemotherapy. The light was administered to their hands and feet – common locations for neuropathy pain.

All participants underwent the modified Total Neuropathy Score assessment (mNTS) and the 6-minute walk test (6MWT) and completed self-reported patient outcome measures before the study and again at three weeks and six months after.

And the results were OUTSTANDING!

At the end, the light therapy patients experienced:

  • Significant improvements in their mTNS scores,
  • Highly substantial progress on their 6MWT,
  • And patients were satisfied with the treatment during the follow-up period.

This means the patients experienced less pain… better mobility… and lasting results.

Just imagine what PMB therapy could do for you or someone you love!

Red light therapy works because it helps lower inflammation, increase mitochondrial activity, and regenerate nerves.

PMB therapy is available through chiropractors and other natural health providers.
