REVEALED: The “Noisy” Cause of Your High Blood Pressure

Ask any mainstream doc what causes high blood pressure and then sit back and wait for it…

For him to point his finger at your belly… your diet… and your genetics.

But, as usual, he’s got it ALL WRONG.

Because a groundbreaking new study shows there’s another key driver behind your blood pressure issues.

It’s got nothing to do with your diet or genetics… and everything to do with where you live.

Take a look out your windows.

If you see a busy road from any of them, your heart may be in jeopardy, according to new research from the American College of Cardiology.

For the study, scientists analyzed the health data of more than 240,000 adults with healthy blood pressure.

Next, they estimated their exposure to road traffic noise based on the participant’s home address and then tracked their blood pressure status for the following eight years.

In the end, they found that people living close to busy roadways were more likely to develop high blood pressure.

Even worse, the closer you live to the road, the higher your risk.

Experts report that noise and air pollution caused by heavily trafficked motorways negatively impacts your heart health.

This isn’t the first time research has confirmed this link. Previous studies have shown similar results, but none were of this size or had as strong evidence as this. (And I bet your mainstream doc hasn’t read any of these papers).

If you live by a busy road, one way to reduce noise exposure is by using noise-canceling headphones. You can put them on when doing choirs or sleeping to help block out sound.

You don’t need anything fancy to make a real difference.

I like this pair.
