KILL Cancer… with Probiotics?!
Probiotics seem to be on the tip of every health professional tongue these days.
They’re used to fight serious stomach conditions… allergies… and even gum disease.
Now, there’s another reason to get more of these helpful bacteria.
Because according to some breakthrough research, probiotics can help KILL cancer, too.
You just have to make sure you’re taking the exact right type.
If you’ve gone through cancer treatment or are going through it right now, you’ve probably begged your doctor – or even God – to make it work BETTER.
Well, according to new research, probiotic supplements may have the answer to your prayers.
In a new study, scientists from the University of Pittsburg split a group of mice with four different types of cancer – melanoma, adenocarcinoma, fibrosarcoma, and breast cancer – and receiving immunotherapy into two. One got a probiotic supplement containing the bacterium L. reuteri, and the other didn’t.
At the end, they found something incredible in the probiotic group… the helpful bacteria had moved from the gut and into the cancerous tumors.
Once established at the cancer sites, the bacterium increased the number of “killer” T cells in the tumor, which shrank the cancer and helped the mice live longer.
Experts report that the probiotic works, because it helps stimulates immunity in tumors by releasing a chemical – called I3A – that triggers certain cells’ cancer-killing abilities.
WOW!
That’s like having an army of cancer-killing soldiers move into each cancer site!
This means taking an L. reuteri supplement could help you FIGHT cancer… and WIN.
So, if you’re worried about cancer, make sure your probiotic supplement contains this powerful bacterium.
And there’s one more thing to know…
L. reuteri uses an amino acid called tryptophan to make I3A. It’s found in foods like chicken, soybeans, oatmeal, nuts, and seeds.
When mice in this study with melanoma ate a tryptophan-rich diet, their tumors grew at a slower rate slowly, and the mice lived longer than control mice fed less tryptophan.
By taking a L. reuteri – and eating a tryptophan-rich diet – you’re giving cancer the one-two punch that just might kill it!
You can get L. reuteri supplements at your local pharmacy.
