But this isn’t the first time researchers have found that multivitamins are good for your brain.
Just last year, scientists from Wake Forest University School of Medicine discovered that multivitamins can also lower your risk of cognitive decline.  
  In fact, the result found that folks taking a multivitamin saw a 60 percent slowing of cognitive decline!
