The Fun Way to SLASH Your Diabetes Risk 75%

Let’s face it, the mainstream offers you NO easy solutions when it comes to fighting diabetes.

They’re all about sickening medications… extreme diets… and exercise routines fit for Navy SEALs.

But I’m here to tell you there’s a better way.

In fact, it’s even FUN!

New research shows that you can lower your diabetes risk by a whopping 75 percent… even if you’re genetically predisposed to the condition.

And all you have to do is enjoy some of your favorite hobbies!

We all know that hobbies are good for us.

They keep our minds sharp and our bodies able.

Now, it looks like certain hobbies can also help you fight diabetes, too.

For the new study, researchers from The University of Sydney in Australia analyzed the genetic data, activity levels, and diabetes outcomes of more than 59,000 adults from the UK biobank.

In the end, they found that folks who engaged in over an hour of moderate daily activity – like gardening, walking, golf, and even dancing – reduced their risk of diabetes by a WHOPPING 75 percent!

And there’s more good news…

When the researchers dug deeper into the data, they found that these incredible results were seen in folks genetically inclined to develop this life-changing disease.

This means that engaging in some of your favorite hobbies can STOP your disease-causing genes from being activated!

Imagine that… dancing away diabetes… or hitting back your blood sugar on the putting green… or even walking away from a lifetime of medication.

Sounds great to me!

Experts report that increasing your moderate activity works because it helps flip the genes that impact blood sugar processing on and off.

If doing an hour of a moderate activity hobby is out of reach for you, don’t worry.

You can start with just five minutes! Then, you can gradually work your way up to a longer period.

Any activity will help you stay healthier… and improve your blood sugar.
