Red Juice SINKS Blood Pressure and Cholesterol

If you’re among the millions of Americans battling high blood pressure… or elevated cholesterol… or both… you already know how frustrating mainstream advice is.

They’ll just tell you to take their poison pills… never get off the treadmill… and give up every food you’ve ever loved.

But there’s something they won’t tell you…

Research shows a red juice that can SINK your blood pressure… and your cholesterol… and it TASTES GREAT.

And the best part? Now is the best time to enjoy it!

I love tomato juice.

It’s tangy and light. And it makes the perfect addition to any summer drink.

Plus, according to research, it can also help lower your blood pressure and cholesterol, too!

For the study, researchers had nearly 500 adults drink as much unsalted tomato juice as they wanted for an entire year.

By the end of the study, participants with untreated high blood pressure saw:

  • A five-point drop in their systolic blood pressure (top number),
  • And a three-point decrease in their diastolic pressure (bottom number).

Now, these may seem like unimpressive results for a year of drinking juice. But decreases like these can mean the difference between having a stroke… or not.. for some folks.

And there’s more good news…

The juice also lowered LDL or “bad” cholesterol by four points.

If you’ve been struggling with your cholesterol for a while, you know what a HUGE improvement this is.

Other research shows that tomatoes are so impactful on your heart health because they contain a compound – called lycopene – that can help stop your arteries from getting stiff.2

Tomato juice is available at your local grocery store. Be sure to pick up the unsalted variety.

Add it to your favorite cocktail or poolside drink for an extra splash of heart health.
